Jolly LLB is one of Bollywood’s finest franchises. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the first part of the franchise was released in 2013. The film starred a talented star-cast including Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Boman Irani and Sanjay Mishra. Made on a budget of just 10 crores, the film earner over 45 crores.

In 2017, the second installment of the film was released, featuring Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi in the lead roles. This film was also a huge blockbuster. With a budget of 45 crores, it earned over 200 crores.

Now, in 2025, the third installment is coming, where Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar will face each other in the court. Like the previous parts, Saurabh Shukla will reprise his role as Judge Sunderlal Tripathi.

Akshay Kumar has many upcoming films lined up, including “Khel Khel Mein,” “Sky Force,” “Welcome to the Jungle,” “Housefull 5,” and many others. While we can’t speak for the rest of the films, we can guarantee that “Jolly LLB 3” will be a huge blockbuster. Along with the nostalgic value, there are a few other reasons for this.

Yash’s Toxic Got Postponed

“Toxic” is one of the most anticipated films in Indian cinema. After KGF, Yash has taken almost three years for this film. It is being made on a huge scale with a huge star-cast. We will see Yash, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Shruti Haasan, Huma Qureshi and Tara Sutaria on the film. But this large cast has posed a scheduling challenge, as the actors’ dates are not aligning.

The makers want everyone together for the shoot, so they have postponed the project from April 10, 2025. Following the news, the makers of “Jolly LLB 3,” Cape of Good Films and Disney decided to release their film on the same date.

A Huge Weekend For Jolly LLB 3

“Jolly LLB 3” is now set to release on Thursday, April 10, 2025, coincinding with Mahavir Jayanti. This gives the film a four-day weekend, and additionaly, Monday, April 14th is Ambedkar Jayanti, which is also a holiday. This results in a huge five-day weekend, providing the perfect oppertunity for the film to achieve a massive box office collection.

If the movie turns out to be really good, there will be no limit to its box office potential. We are optimistic about this, as director Subhash Kapoor is a master of crafting emotional narratives.
