After the enormous success of Mirzapur season 3, Mirzapur season 4 has officialy greenlit by Prime video India. On its release weekend, Mirzapur season 3 got trended in top 10 over 85 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore and Malaysia. Even after three weeks, it remains the number one trending show in India, surpassing renowned shows like “The Boys” and “Panchayat.”
Despite receiving mixed reviews, a huge number of people have watched the show. Many people have expressed that they missed Munna and Kaleen Bhaiya. However, in the season 4, we will probably get a significant appearance of Kaleen Bhaiya and a massive face-off between Guddu and Kaleen Bhaiya.
Mirzapur season 4 Cast
Many fans are hoping for the return of Munna Bhaiya, but that is simply not possible as we have already seen his funeral. The Rest of the characters will return, including Ali Fazal as Guddu Pandit, Pankaj Tripathi as Kaleen Bhaiya, Shweta Tripathi as Golu Gupta, Rasika Dugal as Beena Tripathi, Vijay Varma as Shatrughan Tyagi and Isha Talwar as Madhuri Yadav. Now it will be interesting to see if any new characters are introduced in season 4.
When will Mirzapur season 4 be released ?
Mirzapur season 2 was released in October 2020 during the lockdown. After that, Prime Video took almost four years to release Season 3, despite reports that it was ready almost a year ago. Due to some untold reasons, it was delayed. The creators (Prime Video and Excel Entertainment) initially did not plan to make Mirzapur season 4, but after witnessing the huge success, they have already started it’s development.
There was a two-years gap between Season 1 and Season 2. So generally the makers take two years two deliver a season, and now with the scale of the show growing even larger, we can expect the release date of Mirzapur season 4 in the summer of 2025.
